My technical choices
I favour platforms sized to the need: a European PaaS when it is enough, Nomad and the HashiCorp ecosystem when orchestration is required, VMs or bare metal when performance or control demand it. My test: the team that inherits the platform must be able to understand it, run it and evolve it.
